Research summary

My main interest is in connectomics and trying to understand the relationships between the structural and functional connectome. Currently I am working on trying to model biologically-meaningful parameters (e.g. conduction delays) from microstructural measurements of white-matter obtained from high-gradient diffusion MRI (e.g. axon diameter, myelination) and identify relationships with measures of functional connectivity in MEG (e.g. coherence, transfer entropy).

My broader interests include neuroimaging methods, computational neuroscience, neuroinformatics, neurophysiology and neuropsychiatry.
